In 2019 myself and 2 close friends set out to start something amazing within the private villa industry. We collaborated ideas and set up our own brand to provide high end food and service within luxury villas in Pollensa, Mallorca. Our company works with some of the best villas in the area and offers a holiday that truly showcases some of what this beautiful island has to offer. Fast forward to today and we have some amazing properties exclusively catered by myself and a team of highly trained chefs, all available to book through our 39 Degrees North website from May - October.
I first fell in love with the island whilst working here in 2018 where immediately I was taken back by how sustainable and the way of life is. From Pollensa’ s famous Sunday market to using local olive oil & honey, it really is a chefs dream location, we try to find our ingredients from local, sustainable sources and show case this through our cooking.
