For the past 6 years TJ has worked in some of the best luxury Ski chalets in the French Alps and worked alongside companies such as Hip Hideouts & Scott Dunn.

After cooking in these prestigious chalets & looking after private cliental TJ now bases himself in Hertfordshire where he cooks privately and is available to hire to help you celebrate those special occasions.

Anything from classical 3 course meals to small bespoke tasting menus with TJs signature canapés. TJ will come to your property prepare, serve & clear away leaving you to enjoy your evening the way you want to.
