From the age of 15 I have been involved with cooking, starting my first job in a kitchen just outside of Tewin, Hertfordshire, soon after I started I fell in love with the fast paced environment.

Working and learning for a number of years in Hertfordshire alongside chefs with Michelin star back grounds gave me first hand experience in fine dining. I was given the opportunity to take over my first restaurant as head chef at 22 years old.

After 2 years I felt like it was time to look for a new challenge and found the private sector and this is where I have operated since. Moving from the French alps to cook in luxury Ski chalets in the winter to private villas in the south of France & Mallorca through the summer. I have been very fortunate to call these beautiful places my home from home and concentrate on creating memorable experiences for guests from all over the world.
